My brother Michael and his wife Liz were traveling in Santa Fe when they stumbled upon this gorgeous vintage Airstream ~ Le Pod. Of course, since Michael is an accomplished photographer and he knows his little sister is more than obsessed with the shiny aluminum tubes, he snapped a few pics that you see here, spoke to the kind folks of Le Pod and quickly sent me an email “Look what we found in Santa Fe”. Of course, I was beyond thrilled and wanted to share Le Pod with you.
Growing up in Bordeaux, France ~ Chef and Owner Jean-Luc Salles landed in the US in 1986. His vintage Airstream restoration took a cool 6 months and voila ~ he was open for business on the swanky streets of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Offering home-made “fast food” or “Gourmet on the Go!” to satisfy the rumbling stomachs of busy professionals to parents on the go. Le Pod is comfort food heaven!
